We’ve all experienced dreadful customer service from online retailers when we’ve tried to return items they’ve erroneously sent us. So, we try to be as fair as possible with returns and refunds. If we screw up, we’ll make it right. And most importantly, we’ll respond within 3 hours. We may not have it fixed within 3 hours, but at the very minimum you’ll get a response letting you know we’re working on it. That is , of course, unless we’re on the court.

General Rules and Regs
- All orders with problems must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Because of health issues, we do not issue refunds on any shooting sleeves.
- We do not issue refunds on products that are opened.
- We do not issue refunds for the cost of shipping.
- If we accept the return, we must receive the damaged product before we ship the replacement product.

Our Errors
If we made the mistake (wrong product shipped, missing product, wrong flavor, etc), e-mail us at cs@chameleonbball.com We’ll respond within 3 hours, and let you know how we’re going to fix it.

Defective products
All refunds regarding defective products and guarantees must be taken up directly with the respective manufacturer, if and only if they offer such a policy. All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are merely a copy of information found on the manufacturer website, and hence, we are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.
